You all made our life so stress free and everything just happened around us. It is hard for us to single out any of your staff, please praise them all .From that very first phone call you understood our mother’s needs. I still reflect on how you listened and helped me to understand the process. It was a really very difficult time.We all felt lost in the system and just wanted to bring mum home. Mums last days at home with Dad and our family are memories that we all will always cherish.
Thank you for working so closely with mums GP and the other services. Her pain and symptoms were finally under control and still to this day we all can’t thank you all enough. I am so happy that mum was able to spend her last days at home with Dad and their dog, “Henry” sorry about that he chewed one of the nurse’s lunch boxes.
